Having been an integral member of the production team at the Basingstoke Gazette for over 11 years I have strong experience and solid understanding of desktop publishing applications and working to tight deadlines.
At the Production centre in Basingstoke I was responsible for creating and producing adverts for the Basingstoke Gazette, Andover Advertiser, Salisbury Journal and special supplements and magazines distribued throughout the region.
In December 2007 our Production team was offered Voluntary Redundancy due to the reduced workloads caused by the success of the Drag & Drop Property Templates system. Ironicly this was something I had helped to implement during my last year at the Gazette. I took this opportunity to leave the Gazette to concentrate on my website design skills and find an excting new job in this field.
